What's the cost of Ring Video Doorbell installation?
The first installation is $160.00, and subsequent installations are $139.99 each. Discounts apply for multiple smart device installations in the same appointment. Any extra non-standard add-ons will be quoted by the technician.
What if my transformer doesn't have enough voltage?
For a wired doorbell, the Ring Video Doorbell 2 requires a transformer operating between 8V and 24V AC. If additional non-standard add-ons are needed (e.g., a required doorbell transformer), our smart home technician will assess the work and provide a quote.
Can I use the Ring Video Doorbell without an existing doorbell?
The Ring Video Doorbell Pro requires an existing doorbell. The Ring Video Doorbell 2 can be powered by your doorbell wiring or a rechargeable battery. Any additional work needed will be quoted by our technicians.
Will MCRO provide guidance on using my new Ring Video Doorbell?

Can I use a Ring Video Doorbell with an intercom or front gate control?
Unfortunately, Ring Video Doorbells are not compatible with wireless door chimes or any chime/intercom system using a DC transformer.
